Markets: GMR) (the "Company") announces that it will be holding a special
Shareholders Meeting (the "Meeting") on Tuesday September 16, 2014 at 100 Queen
St East, Toronto, Ontario, suite 203 at the hour of 10 am (Eastern Standard
Time)

The purpose of this meeting will be to vote on a proposal to exchange shares in
the company for those of GMR Global Mineral Resources Corp, Pte. Ltd.,
Singapore
