Hildebrandt joined Enterprise when it acquired El Paso Corporation’s master limited partnership (MLP) in 2004. Enterprise has become one of the largest and most successful MLPs during Hildebrandt’s tenure, as its enterprise value has grown from $14 Billion to approximately $90 Billion. During her decade at Enterprise, Hildebrandt’s responsibilities have included managing legal issues related to securities, litigation, employment, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and corporate governance.

Linda Addison, US Managing Partner, Norton Rose Fulbright, said:

“Stephanie is a well-known and highly-respected general counsel who has formed, managed and merged multiple master limited partnerships. Her extensive knowledge and industry insights on MLPs will benefit our energy clients.”

In addition to her MLP work, Hildebrandt has experience with corporate and partnership governance, special committee guidance, and midstream and upstream commercial contracts.

Daryl Lansdale, US Head of Business Law, Norton Rose Fulbright, commented:

“During her tenure as a general counsel, Stephanie has become well versed in MLPs, especially in the issuer and special committee arenas. She will provide our clients with exceptional insight into the midstream and upstream energy sectors.”

Hildebrandt, who possesses more than 25 years of experience with Enterprise, Texaco Inc. (now Chevron Corporation), El Paso Corporation and private practice, said:

“I already have an excellent working relationship with many of the lawyers at Norton Rose Fulbright. I look forward to sharing my knowledge of MLPs with the talented lawyers in the Corporate, M&A and Securities practice.”

Hildebrandt received her JD from Tulane Law School and her Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. She is admitted to practice in Texas and Louisiana.
