Targa Resources Partners LP (NYSE:NGLS) (the "Partnership") and Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE:TRGP) (the "Company") announced today that they completed the acquisitions of Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. and Atlas Energy, L.P, respectively.
