-- The International Foodservice Manufacturers
Association (IFMA), a trade association established in 1952
comprised of the world's most prestigious food, equipment and
supply manufacturers, announced the winners of its 2015 Silver
Plate Awards today. The winners were unveiled this morning by 2014
Gold Plate Honoree Jim Broadhurst, Chairman, Eat'n Park Hospitality
Group during IFMA's annual Chain Operator Exchange (COEX) taking
place in Las Vegas.
Silver Plate winners are nominated by IFMA members and industry
leaders, and then selected by a distinguished jury, including
national trade press editors, foodservice experts and past award
winners. From the Silver Plate winners, one is chosen by the jury
to receive the foodservice industry's most prestigious recognition,
IFMA's 2015 Gold Plate Award, which will be presented at the
61st Annual Gold & Silver Plate Celebration—taking
place in Chicago on Monday, May 18.
