Enterprise Products Partners LP said Chief Executive Michael
Creel will retire at year's end after leading the company for five
years, to be replaced by Chief Operating Officer A. James
Teague.
Mr. Teague, 70 years old, joined Enterprise Products in
connection with its purchase of certain energy assets from
affiliates of Shell Oil Co. in 1999, and has served as chief
operating officer since 2010.
Before his roles at Enterprise Products, Mr. Teague served as
president of Tejas Natural Gas Liquids LLC, then an affiliate of
Shell.
In addition, Enterprise named W. Randall Fowler as chief
administrative officer, effective April 1. Mr. Fowler, 58, joined
Enterprise in 1999 and most recently served as its chief financial
officer since 2007.
Other management changes announced Monday include the naming of
Bryan Bulawa as chief financial officer and the appointment of
Christian Nelly as treasurer. Mr. Bulawa, 45, previously was
treasurer, and Mr. Nelly was senior director of finance.
Shares in the company, down about 9% this year, are inactive in
after-hours trading.
