With spring in full swing, Corner Bakery Cafe is giving guests
new – and craveable – ways to enjoy the season’s freshest flavors.
In addition to a variety of hand-tossed and homemade salads
currently on the menu, the popular restaurant brand is introducing
a new Southwest Salad and Four-Grain Tabbouleh salad, available
April 28.
Corner Bakery Cafe introduces a new
Southwest Salad, which features fresh romaine lettuce, shredded
cabbage, a quinoa and black bean blend, English cucumbers, roasted
corn & tomato salsa and house-pickled jalapenos, all topped
with avocado citrus ranch dressing and crunchy tortilla strips. The

The new Southwest Salad is made to order with many of the more
than 40 types of produce used daily at Corner Bakery Cafe. It
features fresh romaine lettuce, shredded cabbage, a quinoa and
black bean blend, English cucumbers, roasted corn & tomato
salsa and house-pickled jalapeños, all topped with avocado citrus
ranch dressing and crunchy tortilla strips. Guests can add
all-natural grilled chicken for an additional charge. The Southwest
Salad pairs perfectly with the Zesty Chicken Tortilla Soup as a
Corner Combo.
Also new is the Four-Grain Tabbouleh, which guests can enjoy as
part of The Trio, featuring a blend of quinoa, wheat berries, red
rice and farro, diced tomatoes, English cucumbers and parsley in a
light lemon dressing. With The Trio, guests can personalize their
own meal, choosing from more than 5,000 combinations of specialty
salads and homemade soups.
Other popular salad options for The Trio include the Quinoa
& Pico Salad, Toasted Sesame Kale, new Hummus Plate and
Southwest Avocado, which features half a fresh avocado topped with
roasted corn & tomato salsa and crunchy tortilla strips.
To celebrate the new salads – as well as National Salad Month in
May – Corner Bakery Cafe is hosting a #SaladSelfie Challenge in
which four guests will win free salads for a year. To enter, guests
simply snap a picture of themselves with a salad from Corner Baker
Cafe and post it on Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag
#SaladSelfie. Corner Bakery Cafe will select one winner weekly
throughout the month.
