June 27th auction of a luxurious
woodland estate in Des Moines,
Iowa. Previously offered for $5
million, the property will now be sold to the highest bidder
at or above the auction's reserve price of only $1 million. Platinum is conducting the sale in

Moines.

pond, the 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom estate was built by Neumann
Brothers builders and designed by Des
Moines-based architect Ken
Kendall, who is known for designing the Ruan Center,
Iowa's second tallest building.
