The shareholders elected Eleanor Barker, Robert Carter, Jim Coleman, John Collenette, Teck Soon Kong, Jacob Ulrich and Gavin Wilson as directors of the Company.  

The shareholders approved the stock option plan of the Company whereby a maximum of 10 percent of the issued common shares of the Company may be reserved for issuance pursuant to the exercise of options.
