Mitigation Solutions USA (MSUSA) is pleased to announce that USFWS Albuquerque and Tulsa recently approved an expansion of Muddy Boggy Conservation Bank resulting in an additional 562 acres and 522.2 potential American Burying Beetle credits. Oklahoma is experiencing steady growth. The Muddy Boggy expansion will be a valuable resource for supporting continued development of Oklahoma’s oil, gas and pipeline industries, local government entities, and Native American tribes. Projects in Oklahoma that may require endangered species credits from Muddy Boggy include: energy development, pipeline construction, transportation projects, and electrical transmission lines. Purchasing endangered species credits promotes industry prosperity while helping to protect the endangered American Burying Beetle and its habitat.

Why purchase conservation credits?

"Endangered Species Conservation Banks are protected and maintained in perpetuity as required for the conservation of a federally listed endangered species," says Terry McKenzie MSUSA President. “The burden for this long-term protection and maintenance is removed from Oklahoma Industry and transferred to the Muddy Boggy Endangered Species Conservation Bank.”
