"Sprint CEO Spent Heavily on Outside Consultants" on Dec. 22 at 4:37 p.m. EST misstated in the 14th paragraph the relationship between Telstra Corp. and Brightstar Corp. Former Telstra Corp. CEO Dennis Trujillo signed two contracts with Brightstar Corp. in 2005 and 2006 to manage Telstra's phone-sourcing and supply operations. His successor decided to end one of them in 2010.

The earlier story incorrectly referred only to a single deal with Brightstar and failed to note that Brightstar maintains a supply-chain contract with Telstra.
