Other Events.

On February 8, 2016, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a $0.0625 per share quarterly dividend payable on March 15, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 29, 2016.  A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
