Morning National Slaughter Cattle Review for Thursday, 2/11/16 
 
On Thursday negotiated cash trade and demand was light to moderate in the Texas 
Panhandle and Colorado. Compared to Wednesday in the Texas Panhandle, live sales 
sold 1.00 lower at 133.00. Compared to last week in Colorado, live sale sold 1.00 
lower at 130.00. On Thursday trade and demand was moderate in Kansas, Nebraska 
and the Western Cornbelt. Compared to last week in Kansas, live sales sold mostly 
3.00 lower from 132.00-133.00 with the bulk at 133.00. A few dressed sales were 
reported mostly at 210.00. Thus far for the week in Nebraska, live sale have sold 
mostly 1.00-2.00 lower than last week from 129.00-134.00. Dressed sales sold 4.00 
lower at 206.00. Compared to last week in the Western Cornbelt, live sales sold 
mostly 1.00-2.00 lower from 129.50-130.00 with the bulk of live sales for the 
week at 130.00. Compared to last week, dressed sales sold mostly 4.00 from 
205.00-206.00 with the bulk at 206.00.
