Boyd Gaming Corp. (BYD) is near a deal to buy Cannery Casino Resorts LLC, in a transaction that would value Cannery between $225 million and $240 million, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

An agreement could be reached within weeks, Reuters reported.

Cannery is owned by Millennium Gaming Inc., Oaktree Capital Group LLC (OAK) and Crown Resorts Ltd. (CWN.AU).
