MOSCOW--Russia's consumer prices rose 0.1% on the week to July 25, at the same pace for the third week in a row, data from the Federal Statistics Service showed Wednesday.

Since the beginning of the year, consumer prices rose 4% compared with 9.4% in the same period a year earlier.

Despite the absence of new inflationary risks, most analysts expect the Bank of Russia to hold the key rate at 10.5% this Friday. The key interest rate was last cut on June 10 to 10.5% from 11%, where it had been held for nearly a year.
