Dollar Declines Vs Most Majors Ahead Of U.S. Consumer Sentiment Index

At 10 am ET Friday, the University of Michigan is set to
announce its final consumer sentiment index for July. Economists
expect the index to come in at 90.6, upwardly revised from the
flash estimate of 89.5 Ahead of the data, the greenback traded
mixed against the other major currencies. While the greenback rose
against the pound, it was lower against the rest of major
rivals.
The greenback was worth 102.82 against the yen, 0.9701 against
the franc, 1.3180 against the pound and 1.1164 against the euro as
of 9:55 am ET.
