Science Applications International Increases Quarterly Dividend, Share Repurchase Authorization Replenished

Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) said Thursday it
increased its quarterly dividend and authorized a replenishment of
the share repurchase.
The company, which provides government services and information
technology support, raised its quarterly dividend by 6 cents, or
about 20%, to 37 cents a share. The dividend is payable on April 26
to shareholders of record on April 12.
The company also said it increased its existing stock repurchase
program by about 4.6 million shares to 16.4 million shares, making
6.5 million shares remaining available for repurchase.
