Airbus SE (AIR.FR) has agreed to sell its shares in Alestis Aerospace to Aciturri, it said Monday.

Aciturri, a Spanish aerospace company, will hold 76% of shares in Alestis, while Spanish state-owned industrial-holding company Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales will hold the remaining 24%, the plane maker said.

Alestis is a Spanish aerostructures supplier. In 2018, it had revenue of 283 million euros ($317.4 million), Airbus said.

No financial details were disclosed.
