(b) On July 10, 2019, Victoria F. Haynes
notified Nucor Corporation (the Company) of her resignation, effective that day, from the Companys Board of Directors (the Board) and from her positions as a member of the Audit Committee, the Compensation and Executive
Development Committee and the Governance and Nominating Committee of the Board. Dr. Haynes is resigning for personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Companys operations,
policies or practices.
