Deutsche Post AG said Thursday that its supply-chain-management division has agreed a rolling contract to operate a transportation and supply-chain system for garden-products company Plantagen.

DHL International Supply Chain, part of DHL Global Forwarding, will manage ocean freight from Asia, from purchase order to delivery at Plantagen's warehouse in Sweden and its 136 stores across Norway, Sweden and Finland.

Plantagen sells plants and other garden products such as lighting, soft furnishings and furniture and is owned by Swedish private-equity firm Ratos AB.
