At 4.00 am ET Tuesday, Germany's ifo business confidence survey results have been released. The euro changed little against its major rivals after the data.

The euro was trading at 123.85 against the yen, 1.1873 against the greenback, 0.8880 against the pound and 1.0808 against the franc around 4:05 am ET.
