BMW AG and Daimler AG's Daimler Mobility division said Tuesday that they've agreed to sell their joint venture, PARK NOW Group, to European mobility company EasyPark Group.

The joint venture has a broad portfolio of digital parking services, both in car parks and on-street, in 11 countries, according to the car makers.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transaction, which is subject to prior approvals by the relevant antitrust authorities.
