Capital Markets Day: 2025 ambition published

Videndum ("the Company" or "the Group"), the international provider of premium branded hardware products and software solutions to the growing content creation market, is hosting an in-person event for institutional investors and sell-side analysts at the London Stock Exchange today.

The Group has transformed in the last ten years and is now uniquely positioned right at the heart of the growing content creation market. A product-driven business, Videndum's purpose is to help our customers capture and share exceptional content. We have leading, premium brands in a number of niche market segments.

The event will cover the Group and Divisional strategic initiatives and growth drivers, summarised as:

 
 1.   c.75% of Group exposed to strong structural growth drivers 
       which are growing double-digit, powered by technology change 
       driving shorter product replacement cycles, and our TAM 
       growing from c.GBP3bn in 2021 to c.GBP4bn in 2025 (c.GBP2bn 
       pre-pandemic) 
 2    Revenue growth from three routes: core businesses, new 
  .    areas of content creation and new verticals enabled by 
       video transmission and live streaming 
 3    Margin improvement from operational excellence, leading 
  .    market positions and pricing strength 
 4    Strong M&A track record and clear capital allocation strategy 
  .

These lead to an ambition for the Group to deliver c.GBP600m revenue and >GBP100m adjusted operating profit on an organic basis in FY2025. The Group reported revenue of GBP394.3m and adjusted operating profit of GBP46.2m in FY2021.

The event will be led by Group CEO Stephen Bird with presentations from a number of the senior management team, and a range of product demonstrations.
