On September 26, 2022, AC Immune SA (the “Company”)
and Life Molecular Imaging (“LMI”) announced the progression of the Tau PET Tracer PI-2620 into late-stage development
in Alzheimer’s disease. The Company is to receive a EUR 4 million milestone payment from LMI for this development.
