Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On December 29, 2021, Aditxt, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had entered into an amendment to its exclusive license agreement with Leland Stanford Junior University extending the Company’s exclusive right to license the technology deployed in AditxtScoreTM and securing worldwide exclusivity in all fields of use of the licensed technology. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
