Item 2.02Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 2, 2021, Agile Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2021 and an update on the Company’s operations. The Company is furnishing a copy of the press release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
