On November 15, 2022, OmniAb Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022. OmniAb was part of Ligand Pharmaceuticals Incorporated until its spin-off and merger with a subsidiary of Avista Public Acquisition Corp. II (which changed its name to OmniAb, Inc. in connection with the merger) as of November 1, 2022. A copy of that press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
