On December 6, 2022, MyMD Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain data regarding its MYMD-1 product candidate that was presented at the 2022 British Society for Immunology Congress. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
