On March 20, 2023, Allarity
Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has dosed the first patient in a Phase 1b clinical
study evaluating the combination of stenoparib and dovitinib for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including ovarian cancer. The

is incorporated herein by reference.
