Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 20, 2023, AMERISAFE, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year quarter ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On February 20, 2023, AMERISAFE, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a quarterly divided of $0.34 per share. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
