Explanatory Note:

Resignation of Directors and Committee Members

On November 7, 2022, Yuyang Cui resigned from the position as (i) the Co-Chair of the board of the directors and (ii) the Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Registrant, effective as of November 7, 2022.

On November 4, 2022, Jiawen Kang resigned from the position as (i) a director, (ii) a member of the audit committee, and (iii) a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee of the Registrant, effective as of November 4, 2022.
