On December 20, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing its receipt of a written notification from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that the FDA will not be ready to take action by December 23, 2021 for the Company’s New Drug Application (NDA) for Libervant™ (diazepam) Buccal Film. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
