Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Accuray Incorporated (“Accuray”) is aware of media reports indicating a possible liquidity concern at Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”). Accuray considers its exposure to any liquidity concern at SVB as immaterial, given that cash held at SVB is below the FDIC-insured limit of $250,000 and that Accuray holds no securities at SVB.
