Item 5.02.Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Effective January 10, 2023, Leon L. Walthall assumed the position of Senior Vice President of Field Operations for America’s Car-Mart’s principal operating subsidiary and no longer serves as the Chief Operating Officer of America’s Car-Mart, Inc. (the “Company”). In this new role, Mr. Walthall will use his extensive field experience to focus on delivering improved customer experience, sales growth, and consistent operational execution across the Company’s dealerships. Leon will continue to report to Douglas W. Campbell, Jr., President of the Company, who will now additionally lead the Company’s collections management efforts.
