On June 1, 2022, Expedia Group, Inc. (the “Company”) posted an Investor Presentation to the “Investors” section of its corporate website (www.expediagroup.com). The Company intends to use the Investor Presentation at the Cowen 50th Anniversary Technology, Media & Telecom Conference on June 1, 2022 and potentially in connection with presentations to investors, analysts, and other interested parties thereafter.
