Akso Health Group (the "Company") was unable to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the period ended March 31, 2022 on a timely basis without incurring undue hardship and expense. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Company endeavors to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
