This service is provided at a fixed price, fixed scope engagement for an entire installation (upgrade) eliminating all hidden costs that may be associated with a large software implementation. McDATA�s recently released EFCM 9.0, which is the industry�s first unified platform for heterogeneous SAN management. This new service offering is for customers looking to implement EFCM 9.0 or upgrade to EFCM 9.0 from an earlier version to ensure a smooth transition and an optimized implementation. Customers currently using SANavigator or SANvergence can also use this service to upgrade to EFCM 9.0.
