Agreed Oi. At one point, when NB moved to the Toronto Exchange, my shares were worth $1,000,000. I should have sold but kept believing it would go higher. Se la vie. I still have NIOBW warrants though, but like you, I'm down 80%. I think 2025 will lift NB and NIOBW with more support from the next POTUS in light of China's constricting the export of mining materials.. While I wait, like you, I am now focused on NVDA and the companies its invested in. Its a fast moving AI World and I'm trying to ride the wave the best I can! GLTA!

Did you mean to say Billion instead of million. The way you have it now it's a drop in the bucket. I had mentioned prior India could be a big a China. But how much for Nvidia? Initially high but not sure when.

Good to catch up to you AO!  I'm patient with Nvidia.  I think there is huge upside potential here.  It won't be a linear progression but pretty sure I will double my investment in the next 12-24 months.  

Still have not sold a share of my NIO.  Hoping for a Hail Mary.  That was always a long shot and I'm about 80% down in my $100k investment.  But it was always money to lose that would not change my life outcome.  Had just hoped it would net me a cool $1M+.  Oh well.

I don't like Jensen for one reason. He leaves too much open to interpretation. His information output is pretty much the same as it was a year ago when there was limited good competition. Today things are different/going to be different and he needs to change. Nnvidia is no longer the only good game in town. Lack of transparency may no longer be adequate.

There isn't ONE THING that points to Willow contributing to any stock price decrease. If you have a valid link to info that proves people are selling because of that WILLOW article? Great. Post it up.

If some are selling because of that article, then they didn't do the RESEARCH into it (as I did). If they did, they could see that Willow is NOT available and likely won't BE available FOR YEARS. Obviously, it will have ZERO EFFECT on the sales of Blackwell - how could it? It is STILL in DEVELOPMENT!

Who knows how many Blackwell chips NVDA will produce and sell. I will wait for the actual numbers to be published by the company and not depend upon some necromancer to wave his/her magic wand and guess. But I know that NVDA stated there is wild demand for the chip and that it is "in production" NOW.

I do not care what the stock price does now (within reason - I mean if it suddenly plunged down $100/share? Yeah - I'd have to look at my position). I am in it for 2025 and 2026.

I expect it to be FAR higher than it is now, from mid 2025 and on.

Hi OI, hows it going? I was out in NE for Easter. Great weather. Looks like NVDA has taken a beating but I'm optimistic things will turn around. The company is very profitable and they've made some good investments in the businesses of other companies that buy their products. Just a matter of time before the trajectory reverses.

Doubtful Nvidia would do that. A lot of PLTR's business with the government is in military applications. There are other things which I'm concerned about with Nvidia.

I'm comparing PTLR to MSFT.
PTLR is a favorite software of the GOV
as MSFT is a favorite of PCs
So if NVDA uses PTLR software on their Servers
that may give NVDA an EDGE in Gov CONTRACTS

I am wondering if the many Gloom & Doom Youtube posts by few known personalities (Buffet, Dalio, and others besides lesser ones) are beginning to have an impact on the stock market. Social media has opened the possibility of tsunami style impact of the worst thoughts of humans to prevail both in political, social, religious arenas with out of control consequences for society as a whole. Degradation and lowering of minimum standards seems to become the new rule and reality.

PS: My Port value today is down more that 2% and falling further down... .

Today in PC's you have basically 3 choices but they still have the ability to run Microsoft. Because we're still in the infancy of AI and learning more and more as we go along I wouldn't compare Nvidia to Microsoft just yet if that's what you're trying to do.

But it sure seems to have an effect on the SP. Did you happen to find out how many Blackwell chips Nvidia will ship in Q4 or Q1. If one does the math based on the assumption of $80k ea price tag for the B200 and sales of $7B, it comes out to 87.5k. Past articles had stated 300k. Will they make 800k in Q1? Jensen has a history of leaving things up to ones imagination therefore creating doubt. A lot of CEO's will say this is what we're expecting to do in this period and what we're going to do after that but not Jensen. He'll let people know where he's investing money. The stock isn't going down because of shorters (indicated by short sale volume dropping almost 50%) but people/etc selling positions. Again I'm not saying the stock won't go up but there's a lot of things happening to drive the stock down and Jensen isn't helping. So at what SP will the SP reverse it's current trend. The one's who bought in at $140 and above are at real risk. The stock still can't prove it can hold above $140.

The use of Nvidia is now a question since his meeting with Google. Of course one will say it's a false rumor from a dubious source but his first meeting with Jensen and his demand for Nvidia chips is not a rumor.
Maybe one should look at the source and the context. We still don't know much of anything about the issues and what Nvidia is able to deliver with Blackwell other than on schedule to deliver. Whatever that means. Seems like Jensen is leaning more and more on his outside investments just like he did with crypto to make up for shortfalls. No one knows how much Nvidia's actually delivered in Blackwell product or how much Nvidia will deliver in their Q4 or Q1. I guess it's a secret they want to keep close. How long is his insane demand going to be insane or will that start to shrink? Based on the stock price trend and the lower short sale volume, I'd say it's more of selling off of holdings.

PTLR SOFTWARE will be NVDA go to software.... IMO
The reason is the GOV is a BIG believer in PLTR and the PRIVATE sec is starting to believe in PTLR.
So IMO The GOV can buy SERVERS using CHIPS from other CHIP COMPANIES
BUT the GOV will want to use PTLR SOFTWARE.....

IONQ runs CODA-Q and have already demonstrated hybrid computing alongside NVDA chips using the right chip for the right computation

Sounds great and I'm all for quantum technology. Is this chip currently in production and being offered for sale, to interested parties? It sounds wonderful but it might be years away from an actual production run.

Why are you highlighting a "replacement" for Nvdia? Blackwell is currently being produced.

When I asked Copilot when Google's Willow chip might go in production, it had this to say:

I'm aware of that one but quit using it because it didn't list the firms and MorningStar (only covers the top 20 unless you want to buy a subscription) is updated more frequently and covers sub groupings also). What you showed was there was more selling than buying but that is the case for many AI companies. The ones which seemed to be the best were Apple and Amazon. The worse one was google. There is one piece of good news today and the short sale volume was 21% which is well below their 30 day average. That indicates there was little shorting of the stock. But because of today's loss it could be some groups and retail might be liquidating some of there shares since the short sale volume was so low.

Chip stock Nvidia Corp Inc (NASDAQ:NVDA) is down 2.6% at $138.58 at last glance, following news that China is investigating the company for a possible antimonopoly law violation. The Chinese government will look over the acquisition of Israeli tech concern Mellanox back in 2020, as well as agreements that happened during the transaction.

Pressure at the $150 level last week stopped NVDA from conquering its Nov. 21, record high of $152.89. Despite today being on track for a third-straight loss, long-term support at the 60-day moving average looks ready to act as a floor. So far this year, Nvidia stock added 180.6%.



NVDA led Senior Quantitative Analyst Rocky White's list of stocks that attracted the most options volume in the past two weeks, with 35,089,670 calls and 18,338,888 puts traded. The most active contract by far within that period was the weekly 12/6 145-strike call.



Calls are outpacing puts longer term, too. At the International Securities Exchange (ISE), Cboe Options Exchange (CBOE), and NASDAQ OMX PHLX (PHLX), Nvidia stock's 50-day call/put volume ratio of 2.26 ranks higher than all other readings from the past year.

It's worth noting that the stock's elevated Schaeffer's Volatility Scorecard (SVS) of 81 out of 100 implies a tendency to outperform volatility expectations -- a boon for premium players.

The last three times we called the top on $NVDA, the bulls weren’t happy—but I always stick to what the charts tell me, no matter the sentiment.

Right now, the weekly BX is, and while that doesn’t guarantee a crash, it signals that institutional buyers have stepped back. Without their support, there’s usually not enough buying pressure to drive the stock higher.

I’m fundamentally bullish on Nvidia long-term, but if buyers aren’t stepping in, the stock won’t rise. For me, that means there’s no reason to tie up capital in this setup.

There are some posters who only put out negative posts. They are easy to identify. In my old age I find the ignore feature works well. I used to get into discussions with them to see if I could change their outlook, or if their points had validity but just became more frustrated.

NVDA is up more than 10% since the split that was just a few months ago. The government is hamstringing our sales to China. Blackwell numbers have yet to hit. All is good.

Here's my source which I check weekly. It gives the lists the top 20 funds and top 20 institutions holdings Nvidia shares. This site is reputable and is referenced by reputable sources. I don't accept articles which claim this person or that group. MS is my go to source. It lists actual shares numbers. It also indicates who in the top 20 have liquidated their holdings. The nice thing about MS it also gives the groupings within a fund or institution.

Shawn, nobody can dispute that there have been negative articles posted about NVDA. Then again, if you search just a little, you will find a lot of negative articles about any company.

Despite the noise, at the end of the day, where are institutions parking their money? The professionals seem to know a lot more than retail investors. Or so it seems.

In an article published just today, Nvdia is still # 1 on their list. Go figure.
