Item 8.01. Other Events.
As a point of clarification, during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, the Board of Directors of AVITA Medical, Inc. (the “Company”) met nine times (August 7, 2020, August 25, 2020, September 30, 2020, October 8, 2020, November 17, 2020, December 22, 2020, and January 6, 2021). The Company’s CEO, who is also a member of the Board of Directors, attended eight of these nine meetings.
The information under this Item 8.01 is being furnished and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and shall not be deemed incorporated by reference into any filing made under the Securities Act of 1933, except as expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.
