Stockholder Meeting Notice Tesla, Inc.’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on August 4, 2022 at 4:30 pm CT virtually via the Internet at www.meetnow.global/MJKP2QF and in person for a limited number of stockholders at Gigafactory Texas, 1 Tesla Road, Austin, TX 78725 Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations, if any.
