ICE Sees 2Q Operating Expenses in Line with 1Q Levels

Intercontinental Exchange Inc. forecast second-quarter operating
expenses in line with first-quarter levels.
For the second quarter, the exchange operator and provider of
mortgage-data services forecast operating expenses between $900
million and $910 million, compared with $907 million in the first
quarter.
Excluding certain items, the company forecast operating expenses
of $740 million to $750 million.
ICE said it anticipates non-operating expenses of $135 million
to $140 million for the second quarter, or $100 million to $105
million on an adjusted basis.
