(NYSE:LCI) will replace Zale Corp. (NYSE:ZLC) in the S&P
SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Monday, June 2. S&P MidCap 400 constituent
Signet Jewelers Limited (NYSE:SIG) is acquiring Zale in a deal
expected to be completed today.
Lannett develops, manufactures, packages, markets, and
distributes generic versions of branded pharmaceutical products.
Headquartered in Philadelphia, PA,
the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS (Global
Industry Classification) Pharmaceuticals Sub-Industry index.
