Eleventh Interim Dividend


M&G Income Investment Company Limited announces today that it was
resolved to declare a eleventh interim dividend of 0.14p per Ordinary
Share, in respect of the period ending 30 September 2003, to be paid on
28 October 2003 to Ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of
business on 10 October 2003. The ex dividend date is 8 October 2003.
Package Unit holders will receive a dividend of 0.28p per Package Unit,
which comprises of one Zero Dividend Share and two Ordinary Shares.
