TORONTO, June 6, 2014 Horizons ETFs Management
(Canada) Inc. ("Horizons
ETFs"), the manager and trustee of the exchange traded funds
listed below (the "ETFs"), has announced today that it
intends to split or consolidate the units of the ETFs as indicated
in the tables below.
Unit Consolidations
After the close of trading on Wednesday,
June 18, 2014 on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the
"TSX"), the units of the ETFs will be consolidated on the
basis of the ratios (the "Consolidation Ratios") set out
below, and will begin trading on a post consolidated basis on
Thursday, June 19, 2014, the
effective date of the consolidations:

Unit Split
After the TSX has closed for trading on Wednesday June 18, 2014, the units of the ETF
will be subdivided on the basis of the ratio (the "Split
Ratio") set out below, and will begin trading on a split
adjusted basis on Thursday June 19,
2014, and the split will become effective on June 23, 2014 for unitholders of record on that
date:
