An easy to use application was sought that would meet the group's bilingual needs, French and English, for both the software and the software provider's support team. Symbility Mobile Adjuster and Symbility Claims Connect offered a simple, integrated approach to handling property claims that appealed to Groupe Promutuel and met each of its requirements.
