Mr. Evans has extensive experience in the fresh produce and processed foods industry. Mr. Evans began his career as a certified public accountant with KPMG, an international public accounting firm. He left public accounting to join an entrepreneurial group, working in accounting and operations for fresh produce, farming and food processing facilities, which produced products for grocery, industrial and food service customers. Later, he worked as the Director of Finance for a production company that manufactured Mexican sauces, salsas, refried beans and canned green chiles and jalapenos for national branded food companies. Mr. Evans will coordinate all finance and accounting activities for Centennial.
