- Net operating revenue reached R$ 651.4 million in
1Q12, representing an increase of 7.3% against 1Q11 when this item
recorded R$ 607.0 million;
- EBITDA of R$ 350.7 million in 1Q12 represents an
increase of 18.3% compared with 4Q11 (R$ 296.5 million) and
10.6% against 1Q11 (R$ 317.2 million);
- The Company reported Net Income of R$ 205.1 million
in 1Q12, corresponding to growth of 25.0% in relation to 4Q11, when
earnings were R$ 164.0 million, and stable as compared with
1Q11 when CTEEP posted a net profit of R$
205.8 million;
- 6th Promissory Note Issue: In January 2012, CTEEP concluded its 6th Promissory
Note issue worth R$ 400.0 million and
expiring in January 2013 at an annual
cost of 104.9% of CDI;
- Startup of the Serra do Japi operation: this
wholly-owned subsidiary began commercial operations in 1Q12 (the
Salto and Jandira substations in January and February
respectively). The subsidiary's Annual Allowed Revenue - RAP was
R$ 25.2 million.
