Omni Ventures, Inc. (OTCQB:OMVE), announced today that Mrs. Kristi Kaylor has joined the Company's Advisory Board and will be assisting the Company with all entertainment marketing and entertainment initiatives for PRVCY. Additionally Kristi will oversee "2LOVE" Authentic Celebrity Designs brand to be developed and launched in conjunction with expansion of the PRVCY celebrity lifestyle collection. Working together with Kristi Kaylor over 35 Hollywood celebrities including Jessica Alba, Miley Cyrus, Vanessa Hudgens and others have designed their own apparel products under 2LOVE name. They are expected to be offered for sale in two formats: online auctions of limited edition numbered copies of those original designs, and online, wholesale and retail sales of the large volumes of the printed copies of the celebrity-designed apparel including national department stores and large online retailers. Part of the proceeds of the sales will go to the favorite charities of the celebrity designers. Jessica Alba, who is one of the celebrity designers of a t-shirt for 2LOVE was quoted saying: "This cause is meaningful to me because it is all about women, confidence, sharing and love...and no matter what age, race, religion or size...it all begins with loving yourself. That's something I want to remember every day. I had a blast being creative and designing this tee shirt, and I know whenever I see these tees on women, I'll be reminded to "Spread the Love!"

In addition to having sold over 18 television projects to both network and cable channels Kristi Kaylor has an impressive track record of building profitable brands and companies from the ground up as well as launching entertainment marketing initiatives. In 1999, she launched Voxxy with Jennifer Aniston, which was an interactive website exclusively for teen girls and received Bandi Award for "The Newest New Thing" along with the tremendous attention in the media.
