ITEM 7.01 — REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On May 7, 2013, C2E Energy, Inc. paid a deposit and requested their Auditors to commence work to help the Company bring all the quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K filings up to date. In addition to the help on the filings the Auditors will perform the audits for the 2010, 2011 and 2012 years.
