Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On February 28, 2023, Fatih Uckun, MD, Ph. D, Chief Medical Officer (“CMO”) of Oncotelic Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his resignation as the Company’s CMO, effective February 28, 2023. Dr. Seymour Fein MD, Chief Regulatory Officer (“CRO”) of the Company, will be taking over the CMO role.
