Audi Appoints Manfred Doess Chairman of Supervisory Board

Audi AG said Thursday that Manfred Doess has been appointed
chairman of the supervisory board effective immediately.
Volkswagen AG's premium brand said Mr. Doess is taking over the
position from Herbert Diess, who resigned from the board on August
31. Peter Mosch will remain deputy chairman.
